Design Portal: Submissions through our design portal constitute a request for consultation, not a binding contract. Final pricing is provided after in-person measurement and material selection.
Intellectual Property: All custom designs, renderings, and specifications created by Silverwood Company remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit at contract signing. Balance due upon installation completion. All major credit cards, ACH, and check accepted.
Warranty: All Silverwood products carry a lifetime structural warranty on craftsmanship. Hardware and finish warranties vary by manufacturer specification.
